2- Click on Design.
3- Click on edit HTML.
4- Find this code by pressing Ctrl + F.

5- Now add below code just after it.
<meta content='DESCRIPTION HERE' name='description'/>
<meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>
6- Now replace DESCRIPTION HERE with the description of your blog, KEYWORDS HERE with the keywords of your blog, AUTHOR NAME HERE with the name of the author of your blog.
7- Done! save your template..
